ZIMBABWE’s premier mining, Engineering and Transport expo (Mine Entra) is set to bounce back following a one-year absence due to COVID-19.
According to the organizers of the event, Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) Company, the exhibition will be held from the 3 rd to the 5th of November next month.
Last year the specialized exhibition was held virtually because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
A women-in-mining and young professionals Forum conferences will be held alongside this year’s event.
“The expo will help to explore, extract, expand and sharing of mining visions through Women in Mining Conference and the Young Professionals Forum which will highlight opportunities for both women and youths.
“The event also provides a platform for players in the mining, engineering and transport sectors to engage in productive discussions for the creation of an enabling environment for the growth and development of the mining industry,”
said the organizers of the event.
During the three-day event, exhibitors will also be showcasing mining equipment such as chemicals, protective clothes, as well as insurance and security services. A total of 200 direct exhibitors took part at the last expo which was held in 2019 before the COVID -19 pandemic
