Are you consistently satisfying your customers?

Proverbs 27:23-24

23: Be sure you know the condition of your flocks, give careful attention to your herds;

24 : for riches do not endure forever, and a crown is not secure for all generations.

Don’t ever make that mistake that just because customers are not complaining, they are happy and satisfied. A wise shepherd understands the needs of his sheep for good pasture and protection from harm. Your customer needs are not always so obvious, there is great need for you to have an understanding of their needs. Do random surveys, enquire from them if the product  satisfied their expectations. There is no substitute for direct feedback to understand what your customer needs. Feedback will help you to ascertain the current level of satisfaction and also know the new products or services they desire.

Customers go where their needs are met, do not fall asleep on your job and let your competitors take away your customers. Be alert for any new products or services they may request. Ask for an honest feedback then act on their recommendations. Listen to your customers concerns and develop an organised method to meet their needs. In todays marketplace there is stiff competition and things are changing before you engage on the trending  products or services, another one is being unveiled. So be alert always and know what’s new on the market.
